STIR VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

  • Colored bell peppers (green / red / yellow): 1 cup (chopped in cubes)

  • Mushrooms: 3-4 no (roughly chopped)

  • Onion: 1 no (chopped in cubes)

  • Garlic: 2 cloves

  • Salt & pepper powder: to taste

  • Mixed herbs: 1 tsp

  • Fresh Red chili: 1 no

  • Olive oil: 1/2 tsp

Method

Heat oil in pan put chopped garlic, chopped red chilli. Put onion, mushrooms and chopped peppers and saute it on high flame.

Turn down the heat and put salt, pepper powder and mixed herbs.

Mix them well and serve hot.
