1/4 tiny dudhi- chopped
1/2 cabbage- chopped
1/2 capsicum- deseeded & chopped
2 tbsp – moong dal
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cups water
1/2tsp- lemon juice
Garnishing- 1 1/2 cup palak- stalk removed & leaves finely chopped, washed & drained. 1 tsp butter.
