MUSHROOM AND PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients

  • 6-8 no button mushroom

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 small capsicum

  • 8-10 no cherry tomatoes

  • 1 green chilly

  • ½ inch piece ginger

  • ½ tsp red chilly flakes or as per taste.

  • ½ tsp garam masala powder

  • Chat masala as per taste

  • Salt as per taste

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp lemon rind

Method:

Wash lemon and remove lemon rind, and juice. Peel garlic, ginger and make a paste along with green chilly.

Peel onion and cut it in to square pieces(1 inch ).

Wash all the vegetables. De-seed the capsicum and cut it into square pieces(1 inch).

Cut paneer in to cubes. In a bowl take oil, ginger garlic chilly paste, salt, lemon rind, lemon juice, chat masala, chilly flakes, garam masala and mix well.

Marinate all the vegetables and paneer with above marinade and rest it for an hour.

Arrange paneer and vegetables one by one and cook it on direct gas flame or open charcoal for 5 minutes or in preheated oven (180⁰ C ) for 15 minutes. Serve hot with green chutney
