QUINOA AND CHICK PEAS SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1cup quinoa
  • salt to taste
  • 1cup boiled chick peas
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1clove garlic minced
  • 3tsp lime juice
  • 2tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chopped parsley

Method

Boil the quinoa with salt till done. Strain the water and cool and quinoa, then add the chick peas, tomatoes, garlic, lime juice and olive oil. Season with cumin powder, Salt n pepper, Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
