Antioxidant nutritious rich Carrot & Apple smoothie

Ingredients:

1) 1 medium carrots scrubbed and peeled if desired, cut into chunks.
2) 1 large apple cored and sliced into quarters.
3) 1 tbsp fresh ginger A chunk about the size of your thumb.
4) 1 cup fresh curd.
5) 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6) 1 cup ice cubes
7) 1 – 1 1/2 cups cold water

Instructions:

1) Place all ingredients into the jar of a blender with one cup water.
2) Blend on high speed until smooth.
3) Add more water to thin smoothie if desired.
4) Serve Immediately.
