  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (BLAND Protein Powder to be used in this recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional honey)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
