HEALTHY GREEN MOONG MUTHIYA

Ingredients:

Whole green moong atta 25 Gms

Besan 1 tbsp

Dudhi 75 Gms

Carrot 1nos

30 Gms Cabbage

Salt as per taste

Black pepper powder a pinch

Method:

Grate dudhi, carrot and cabbage.

Add the grated veggies into the atta. Mix well add salt, black pepper powder and water.

Make the muthiya and steam it in steamer. Serve it hot with green chutney.
