ALMOND COCONUT PROTEIN SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 3/4cup raw almonds
  • 1/4cup dried coconut(unsweetened)
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1tsp rock salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2tsp grated ginger
  • 1tsp grounded cinnamon
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tbsp coconut oil
  • 2cup cold water

Method

The night before:

combine almonds, coconut, warm water and salt in a container.

In the morning:

drain the almonds n coconut, add them to the blender add cold water ice n rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
