Dr. Saransh Jain is the alumnus of prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi a leading institution for medical training in India. He then did his post graduation in Internal Medicine from AIIMS, New Delhi. Following post graduation he completed D.M. in Medical Gastroenterology and Hepatology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.

He has special interest in GI Endoscopy and post my D.M. did one year additional training in advanced endoscopy in AIIMS, New Delhi where he became competent in Upper GI endoscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP and advanced endoscopic procedure such as Diagnostic and interventional Endoscopic Ultrasound and Third space endoscopy including POEM.

Subsequently he has done fellowship in Bariatric endoscopy from MOHAK Bariatric and Robotics, Indore. He is one of the few specialists in the country to independently perform primary ESGs for obesity and revision of sleeve and gastric bypass by suturing and APC. He has attended multiple international and national conferences on endoscopic bariatric therapy.
On academic front he has 25 international publications in peer reviewed Journals.

He is currently the Consultant Gastroenterology at the BLK Super Speciality hospital, New Delhi, India. This is best modern 650 bed super specialty facility with a large cancer centre where advanced minimal access technique is being used for the betterment of patients suffering with morbid obesity.
